Cellu-Cushion

Cellu-Cushion is a brand of the Sealed Air company and is a closed-cell polyethylene foam in roll form that provides excellent cushioning protection.

PROPERTIES OF CELLU-CUSHION

The main properties of Cellu-Cushion are: the material is highly flexible, easy to fabricate and can be custom ordered, polyethylene is a tough and flexible thermoplastic resin, which is inert and chemically stable, meets all conservation standards. In addition, Cellu-Cushion is recyclable and reusable, chemically inert and non-abrasive, easy to handle, cut and shape.

CELLU-CUSHION IS USED FOR…

Cellu-Cushion is highly recommended for the protective packaging of works of art and artifacts, both for transport and storage, as it is easy to handle, cut and mold.

Cellu-Cushion is also used for drawer lines, boxes, work tables and shipping containers. As well as for cushioning, gasketing and wrapping.

CELLU-CUSHION FOAMS

Cellu-Cushion laminated materials: Cellu-Cushion foam can be combined with other materials by lamination for customized applications; including printed films, adhesive films and other types of polymers.

Cellu-Cushion smooth leather: Ideal for foam applications requiring a high performance material that is thermoformable, impervious to most chemicals, and maintains consistent performance at widely varying temperatures.

Cellu-Cushion PB polybutylene foam: Ideal para aplicaciones de espuma que requieran un material de alto rendimiento que sea termoformable, impenetrable ante la mayoría de sustancias químicas, y que mantenga un rendimiento constante a temperaturas muy diferentes.

Cellu-Cushion NS polyethylene foam: Suitable for applications requiring polyethylene foam surfaces with a high coefficient of friction. Available in standard matte finish or embossed.
