Scudo Flex E-commerce is a packaging designed to enable the distribution of all types of products, exposed to “last mile” conditions, which require multi-impact protection throughout the logistics process.

Scudo Flex represents the latest evolution of the Scudo line of protective products, made from 100% cardboard and paper sheets.
From layers of cardboard or treated paper to create an interlocking structure, a corner protector of specific thickness is obtained that can be expanded to provide complete protection.

Scudo Flex E-commerce fits perfectly around the perimeter of the product, offering a very high resistance to impact.

In addition, due to its structure, it can protect all types of irregular shapes, conical, round, square, rectangular, etc. with a single protection, thus facilitating the supply of packaging for companies.

Scudo Flex is composed of several layers of interlaced paper, which has a considerable resistance, close to 10 kilos/square centimeter. Thus, depending on the size of the cell obtained by expanding the protection, we will have a greater or lesser resistance.

If we are looking for greater resistance, we will need to add more paper to make the cell more compact. If we prefer a lower resistance, we will be able to expand it to the maximum, even beyond its original size, obtaining a larger protection surface, although with a lower resistance capacity.

It is similar to a sandwich with two outer layers of rigid cardboard and a layer of flexible paper in the center. By stretching it more, we will lose energy absorption capacity, while stretching it less will increase its resistance. Based on this, we can adapt it to all needs.

The range of protection covers all types of products and shapes, which reduces the space required for storage, transport and handling of products in the warehouse, simplifying logistics and significantly reducing costs.
