DESCRIPTION OF ANTISTATIC OR CONDUCTIVE TRAYS
ESD-treated packaging is packaging designed for ESD electronic products, which considers the electrostatic problems on the product to be protected, either in the final packaging or in the internal transport elements during the handling process.
Depending on the logistics, whether or not it is reusable or single-use, and other factors, different materials or even multi-material packaging with ESD treatment are designed.

- CONDUCTIVE CARDBOARD TRAY
A system for large and medium series of single use. Economical. It can be manufactured with any type of cardboard, always with a conductive black finish.
- CONDUCTIVE EPP TRAYS
They require a mold and consequently a series that amortizes it. Offers excellent durability and impact resistance.
- CONDUCTIVE PP TRAYS
Its manufacture is similar to cardboard and has similar characteristics to molded EPP in terms of durability but without the need of molds for its production. Its thin walls make it ideal for separators and conductive cells, ideal for the assembly line thanks to its large capacity.
- CONDUCTIVE THERMOFORMED TRAYS
A solution that offers minimum empty storage space as they are stackable. Its mold is not very expensive. Final part with excellent dust-free finish.
- MACHINED PARTS IN PINK ANTISTATIC EPE
Pieces manufactured with die-cutting, milling, etc. in pink antistatic expanded polyethylene. Unbeatable softness and impact absorption. It is a multi-impact material.
- PACKAGING ACCESSORIES
Antistatic or conductive plastic bag with or without air bubbles, with or without zipper of any size.
